Daulton Varsho has been the recipient of a lot of criticism for his ground ball in the 9th inning of Game 7, but Whit and Lindsay remind us that without Varsho, the Jays' season likely would have ended earlier.

NOT SO FUN FACT OF THE DAY: Toronto Blue Jays infielder Ernie Clement led all of Major League Baseball in dWAR (2.9) and Defensive Runs Saved (22). Yet, we live in a world where he was NOT rewarded with a Gold Glove. I'm truly baffled.

What an amazing journey the @BlueJays went on and I was so lucky to ride on their coat tails. You never know what life is going to bring you once you retired but couldn’t be more thankful for my experience with @Sportsnet and the amazing people I got to work with.
