3/ Tools for (Young) Women ✨Be bold! ✨Work hard, prove yourself and and don't let it get you down. Everyone started small and had to learn a lot. ✨Have your own "wingwoman" or "wingman". ✨Work on your confidence, communication and soft skills.

2/ Tools for Companies ✨Name jobs differently. Make skill requirements more open for diverse candidates. ✨Offer unconscious biases trainings for leaders. ✨Make young women heard & visible (Corporate Influencers). ✨Have "sponsors" who actively promote female careers in-house.

Agree 💯. Those AI models open up fun, creative possibilities for a wider audience. But just as before (or even more so), it takes a good education, persistence, talent, artistic sensibility and a bit of serendipity to create truly outstanding works of art 🎨🎶

All the light we cannot see by @DoerrTorresal - well that’s a deeply researched (ten years), deeply depressing book on WWII and children caught up in it. For a ‘happier’ summer read @amortowles The Lincoln Highway was recommended to me and is wonderful.
