@saknetsec@TedPillows No that is from my article. I cover the BTCTC evaluation. In doing so I learned the essential bulletproof nature of MSTR for a protracted bear
If Bitcoin wins, Strategy will be the monster. Their fates are intertwined
What happens when one person spends $50,000,000,000 buying $BTC, mostly with borrowed money?
Over the past five years, Michael Saylor deployed roughly $50B into Bitcoin.
Last week he was underwater.
Adjusted for inflation, the loss is closer to $10B.
And that’s before the key detail: much of this BTC was bought with debt that still must be repaid.
This is where things get ugly. Fast.
I warned about this a few months ago.
Not because I’m anti-Bitcoin.
Because I understand risk.
This level of leverage is bad for Bitcoin.
It increases centralization.
That goes against Bitcoin’s core purpose.
When a narrative relies on leverage and hero worship, it starts to look familiar.
History is clear on how that ends.
I’ll keep sharing updates over the coming months.
When I start buying Bitcoin again, I’ll say it publicly.
A lot of people are going to regret not paying attention sooner.
@Bpokerfox@TommyGunnNBA I think it’s just the fan in him. Fans want to cheer for their team. The warriors are +4000 to win the title. The books aren’t paying that out. 38year olds don’t win titles as the main guy
@saknetsec@TommyGunnNBA He’s just watching a guy with an endless green light that’s on fire, playing on a tanking team. Listen to his takes, he’s very easily fooled. Mostly a casual
@BeholdPaleH0rse If the Steelers and Green Bay play that would not be a massive loss for the books because the money is on the bills and the Texans more than the Steelers for sure
