@gouthamjay8 I'll be in Tokyo as well! Food everywhere is amazing, tsukemen (rokurinsha), tonkatsu (suzuki) and tempura (kaneko hannosuke). A day trip to Kawagoe is nice. Quite a number of festivals are happening as well.

Created a Black Friday deal promotion for Supernovas AI to run on 28 Nov ahead of time and did some outreach. Am I too early - where else can I list the deal on?

Exactly You should invest your money in companies, so they can get bigger, build more products and services for more people, and improve the world A house has no function other than for 2-5 people to live in, it doesn't produce any value for society when its value grows, so it shouldn't be seen as an investment Home ownership as an investment is the biggest delusion the 20th century created and our society is falling apart as a consequence of it because most people can't afford a home now
Fred Mulligan@Freds_Mulligans

@levelsio House prices are not meant to increase, capital returns are just permanent (bad) inflation

@levelsio 💯 so simple but not in the best interests of existing land/home owners. Move to a LCOL country in Asia or live in a big vehicle / tiny house if stuck in a HCOL western country as you've been saying. I've been living in a tiny house for 2.5 years now, very happy.

My dock being visible is the main reason I'm at $90k MRR right now.
Ash Connolly 👋@AshConnolly_

@yongfook Nice! 😃 Although I never got how people didn't have the dock auto hide on laptop. Taking up precious lines of code! But I think it's fair to say you've done alright without it... 😅 Or maybe auto hide it... and watch the MRR increase?! 🚀 x.com/AshConnolly_/s…

startup idea for you 1Password does $318M ARR managing passwords from toronto canada now build "1Password for API keys" with a brand that targets the MILLIONS of new vibe coders developers are scattering credentials across codebases, config files, and environment variables like confetti at a wedding and all of a suddent there is like 20x the amount of developers because of AI product creates a secure vault that gives applications ONE access point to retrieve all API keys your app needs Stripe? requests from vault needs AWS? requests from vault needs OpenAI? requests from vault the vault authenticates and returns the right key - actual credentials never touch your code MVP features: • connects to git repos to find scattered keys • automated key rotation • role-based access controls • usage analytics LastPass does $250M ARR in the same space with AI making everyone a developer, this market just 10x'd pricing ladder: •free vault (lead magnet) • $15/user/month (core product) • $20/month security insights • $5K enterprise packages did this get your creative juices flowing? this is the greatest time in history to be starting a business

@salielim I'm on a claude pro plan, but after spending a few hours with it I didn't like the workflow(doesnt support reverting), so I stopped using it. However, I hit the rate limit on cursor and ended up switching on usage-based billing.

Subscribed to Claude and spent a few hours experimenting with Claude Code, but I still prefer the interactive, GUI-driven coding experience over a console. So I'm back to using Cursor.

@gouthamjay8 SEO and cold outreach are product-specific, while audience building can work across all products with longer longevity. @robwalling mentioned to build a network not an audience - that's the answer for me - it has longevity and isn't product specific.

I think building an audience is overrated Yes you can easily sell them your products But you have to show up everyday. Managing an audience is a full time job There are channels like SEO, cold outreach, ads which work as you sleep You just have to find what works for you

I just launched THE Reddit Marketing Playbook 🚀 Most founders are missing one of the biggest marketing opportunities of 2025. There's 430 million people on Reddit literally posting things like: "Best email marketing tool for our growing SaaS?" or "What's the best workout app for beginners?" These people are pre-qualified leads with purchase intent, asking for solutions in the open and your product should be one of them. ⚠️ Here's the problem: Reddit's spam detection kills most business posts before anyone even sees them. The platform rightfully hates spam so you can't just spread your product links everywhere and hope it's gonna work. 💪 You need a better strategy. So I spent 2 weeks reverse-engineering what works on Reddit. I crawled through 100s of posts + comments and condensed it into a free interactive guide. It's everything you need to know about marketing your business on Reddit: 1. ⚡ Why Reddit dominates Google + AI search results (and how to exploit it) 2. 🎯 Finding customers literally begging for your solution 3. 💬 How to comment to promote your product without getting rekt 4. ✍️ Engineering Reddit post titles that will get you traffic and not banned 5. 🛟 Warming up accounts + what to do you or your posts get banned all the time The content of this guide already helped a lot of Redreach customers get better at Reddit marketing so I hope it will help you too :) If there's anything you are missing let me know. I want to make this the best free Reddit guide out there. Comment "reddit guide" and I'll DM you the guide for free 👇
