Historic Mosque in Collectorate Premises SAVED. District Judge’s Court in Saharanpur has firmly rejected the demolition order against the century-old mosque standing proudly within the Collectrate premises. The lower court had earlier branded this sacred house of Allah as “illegal” and built on government land. After carefully examining every document, every argument, and every piece of evidence, Hon’ble District Judge has ruled that the mosque will NOT be touched. This is no ordinary structure. Built more than 100 years ago on Gaata No. 539, the land was generously donated by the late Walid Khan & Yaqub Khan specifically for the construction of the Collectrate, Treasury & Tehsil.
