@salsify85@Morrisons Same for us. It's never been like this. I had a delivery pass so got a slot on day one&put random stuff there to hold it,but the food to order stuff has never been avail(even though the staff claim they should be).So frustrating. How long do I wait before going elsewhere.🤷♀️

@andieuridge@Morrisons I’ve even tried other locations willing to drive to collect but it’s still the same. Albeit, I may get a small difference in availability of items. Alas, most are still not available. I order every year and have never had this issue

@HenryMKDons@Morrisons I’m having the exact same problem! Even tried click and collect at different locations! When I tried to checkout I was left with TWO items that were available
@Morrisons trying to order from your Christmas food range... But lots of it is showing as "out of stock".... Surely that can't be right! Please advise before we go elsewhere.

@The_Oodie placed an order on November 16th which I still haven’t received & running out of time to receive it in time now. Just tried emailing your customer service email and got a reply saying I may need to wait 12 business days. This is ludicrous! Can someone please help?
@piplwilliams@cathcrichton@The_Oodie Same here. I miraculously got a reply to my email after I found a different contact email via trustpilot reviews. They gave me £10 refund for inconvenience but still no wiser as to when I'll actually receive it.
@asos where is my parcel? @RoyalMail says on tracking they’ve received a request NOT to deliver my parcel to my address! And history shows as item retention
