@MicheleMcPhee So what is the big deal? Thirty years ago, you could have found the same thing in every unit. Drugs, booze, sex toys, where’s the crime?

I am hearing the bizarre and horrific scene in South Boston where police responded to an unattended death and found squalid conditions: alcohol, sex toys, and a coterie of men hiding four small children from first responders. Scene "worse than you think," as one BPD source said.

The single case Jack Smith is most publicly associated with was the prosecution of Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. In that case, using a very aggressive interpretation of the scope of federal bribery and honest services fraud statutes, Smith nuked the career and life of a popular Republican politician, before having all his convictions overturned by the Supreme Court in a unanimous opinion. A unanimous Supreme Court smacked Smith down for an overzealous, legally defective prosecution of a Republican politician, and the opinion was so devastating that DOJ did not even attempt to retry the case. It was just dropped. As has been noted publicly as well, Smith’s wife is a leftist filmmaker who produced a hagiography of Michelle Obama, and he currently lives in the Netherlands. Was there not anyone else up to the task on this side of the Atlantic? If this is not a political prosecution, if Merrick Garland wasn’t just trying to “get Trump,” then why was Jack Smith the pick? Like the timing, the decision reeks of politics.

The way things are going, the 2024 Republican presidential nominee will likely be criminally indicted at least FOUR separate times at the state and federal levels, and will be facing well over 100 criminal charges in all. The current GOP is beyond redemption at this point. For the most part, its elected officials and party leaders are a horrible mix of cowards, hypocrites, racists, homophobes. traitors and fascists.

@joncoopertweets First I will say that I do not like DeSantis. But he is getting to the root of the issue. Force the business owners to pay people legally. Withhold taxes from these workers just like everyone else.

NEW: The implementation of a strict immigration law in Florida, backed by Ron DeSantis and Republican lawmakers, is having a DEVASTATING impact on the agricultural sector. With an estimated 300,000 undocumented farm workers in the state — 60% of the sector’s workforce — it has already resulted in labor shortages, crop losses, and increased labor costs. The new law requires companies with more than 25 employees to use the E-Verify system, which means that virtually all agricultural production companies now have to comply with this regulation. This has created panic in Florida’s agricultural operations, as finding workers has now become much more difficult. Florida’s tough immigration law is already leading to rising produce prices in the state. In the long term, the labor shortages could also lead to the abandonment of certain agricultural lands, rendering them unproductive and unharvested. These problems are all due to the shortsighted law enacted by Ron DeSantis and his Republican allies.

To all the Democrats and media who are horrified at the thought of Donald Trump returning to the White House, I have to ask: Are you good with your guy? A guy who uses the DOJ to indict his principal rival, who imprisons his political enemies, who funnels money from foreign adversaries to his family, who takes bribes, launders money, sells out his country. Joe Biden is the most venal, vindictive, corrupt man to ever hold the office. It's not even debatable after tonight. Are you good with that?

House Republicans get $79 per day for meals and incidentals. Poor people get $2 per meal under SNAP. Republicans want to cut $2 for the poor while pocketing nearly 40 times as much for their own meals. Sound fair to you?

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: A bipartisan bill has been introduced that would block members of Congress from getting paid if the U.S. enters debt default or if the government shuts down. The No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), would withhold lawmakers' pay for the duration of a debt limit breach or lapse in federal funding, an attempt to motivate legislators to prevent either situation. The bill comes amid growing fears that Republicans will not agree to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Treasury Department to raise the debt limit and risk a catastrophic default on U.S. obligations. “Lawmakers should not be rewarded with our salaries until we do our jobs," Spanberger said. What are your thoughts? Should it pass?

In just one week, violent radicals on THREE of America's university campuses have attacked TPUSA events and speakers from coast to coast. Last night at SFSU, TPUSA hosted a Saving Women’s Sports event with star swimmer @Riley_Gaines_ when radical Trans activists physically assaulted her and then barricaded her in a safe room for hours. On Tuesday night, another TPUSA event at the University of Albany featuring pro-life speaker @ighaworth was interrupted by Anti-Christian, far-left students who proceeded to destroy a Bible. And last Thursday, far-left students hijacking a pro-life event at Virginia Commonwealth University featuring TPUSA speaker @theisabelb and Students for Life's @KristanHawkins, as protesters threw punches and injured a chapter president. All of this comes just weeks after a violent Antifa mob assaulted cops and shattered glass attempting to break into my event at UC Davis. When every campus conservative speaker is labeled a Nazi, a fascist, a racist, or as somehow wanting a "trans genocide" by radical student groups and their allies in the mainstream media and administrations, these domestic extremists feel free to assault and terrorize. Enough is enough. There must be real legal, educational, and career consequences for these criminals, and conservative states must lead the way. I will personally make myself available to any lawmakers who want advice on how best to proceed.

Republicans said that mask mandates & lockdowns during a global pandemic were an ‘infringement on their rights’, and yet: In the state of Idaho, the Republican Governor has implemented an interstate travel RESTRICTION on abortion care. In Kansas, Republicans have authorized genital inspections of CHILDREN in order for kids to play sports. In Florida, the Republican controlled legislature wants to PROHIBIT female students from discussing their menstrual cycles in school. And in Indiana, the Republican Governor has signed into law a total BAN on gender affirming care for minors - even for those already currently transitioning. But do go on about mask mandates and lockdowns won’t you.

I dunno. Maybe they are starting to do the right thing and stop glorifying the villain. I doubt it though. If it was a white cis binary straight heterosexual plain Jane male’s manifesto, I wonder what they would have done. Also, the media should not release names anymore. If they can have a media blackout on COVID, they can do it on criminals. No glorification at all.

The fact the FBI refuses to release the manifesto of the trans murderer who targeted and slaughtered 6 Christian including 3 children ... tells you everything you need to know about the corrupt, politicized, rotten to the core Christopher Wray's FBI.
