I am absolutely disgusted in @RiversideUK my 89 year old Nana can’t leave her flat as the lift has been broken a month! There are residents crying on a daily basis due to lack of care for their safety! Not to mention the fire doors being broken for 3 months! Completely disgusting

@McDonaldsUK Your Clifton branch tried to give me a coke yesterday after ordering a Coke Zero. I have diabetes and 9 months pregnant. This could of been detrimental to my baby 😞 they didn’t have coke 0. Instead of telling me they just tried to give me regular!
