Thanks to £11m confirmed today by Lib Dem Welsh Education Minister Kirsty Williams the Welsh Government has guaranteed free school meal provision for all school holidays up to & including Easter 2021. Gavin Williamson must do the same in England.

Terrible news about the redundancies that Bletchley Park may have to make due to COVID-19. Is this not a world famous asset that a company like Apple, Google or Microsoft would be honoured to assist.

Not possible for universities to make fresh offers in some subjects to students who now have better A levels. Where students are asked to defer their place for a year they should be compensated by remission of a year's student fees & so have to borrow less.

'Gavin Williamson & Nick Gibb both knew what was going on. Or if not they should have done - all of this was forecast some weeks ago. And soon there'll be a university crisis when there aren't enough places for the applicants now with better grades.

Yesterday the Prime Minister compared today's speech to Roosevelt's New Deal. But Boris has only released 0.2% of UK GDP. Roosevelt invested 40% of America's 1929 GDP or 200 times more. This is fantasy land.

Within the past week I have been on Zoom, Skype, Teams, Facetime, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Go To Meeting. Will I ever make a phone call or write a letter again?
