@sam_cryp_thumbs That's a newbie mindset. I could give you 1,000 excuses too. Building your personal brand on X is a long term investment. It compounds over time. Outreach can get you clients today, but your brand keeps bringing them to you tomorrow.

If you're just starting your thumbnail journey... Spend your time building your brand on X. Optimize your profile picture, banner, bio, and portfolio. Then consistently post your best thumbnail work.

@TzDev_ That's absolutely true! look when the number was repeated in the video, it was one of his least viewed videos

One mistake I see all the time is using the thumbnail text to repeat the video title. Take this MrBeast video as an example. The title already tells you the premise: "7 Days Stranded in the Arctic." Instead of repeating that on the thumbnail, he adds just two words: "DAY 6." It seems like a small detail, but it completely changes how you read the image. Now you know that by Day 6, he's already in a life-threatening situation. The next question comes naturally: "If this happened on Day 6... what happened on Day 7?" The thumbnail text isn't repeating the title. It's adding a new piece of information that makes the story even more compelling.

Good thumbnails aren't a Photoshop problem. Before I open a file I know the title, the competition, and the exact promise the video makes. Design is the last 20%. The rest is thinking.

Growing on X is simple but not easy. Post something useful every day. Reply to 10 people in your niche. Do this for 90 days. No hacks. No tricks. Consistency compounds. Most people quit before it does.
