این طوری نمیشه. دولت باید یک پلتفرم راه بندازه برای کسانی که راهکار عملی دارند برای حل مشکلات کشور که اونجا مطرح کنند و اونجا نقدها و سوالات رو جواب بدهند و حتی خود دولت هم طرح هاش رو قبل از علمیاتی کردن اونجا ارایه بده. باید ارتباط بین دولت و نخبگان همیشگی باشه و پلتفرمش مشخص.
