@parcelforce Hiya! I've rescheduled a delivery and it's saying that on tracking but it's also saying in bold letters that it's being sent back to sender. Please could you advise? Thanks

My order was meant to be delivered today and I've checked tracking and you dispatched it yesterday at 5:30pm to ROYAL MAIL. it's not getting there today is it...obviously @hauteflorist Can't get in touch with customer service, had no replies back. I'm not impressed.
