Why is China not able to guarantee breeding of donkeys to an extent the population has been more than halved in the last decade? how can they (investors) sponsored harvesting of over 5% of Kenyan donkeys in the last 3 years?

President Uhuru Kenyatta today at State House, Nairobi held talks on trade and infrastructure with a special envoy sent by President Xi Jinping of China. The President and the special representative Mr Yang Jiechi discussed bilateral ties between Kenya and China.
