When I came to DePaul Prep, I learned on day one that @samcolon21 was the heart and soul of the athletic department. Broadcasts. Speakers. Programs. Graphics. Rosters. Everything ran through Sam. I don’t think there’s a better duo than Sam and @DePaulPrepAD. Innovators. Leaders.

Regarding my earlier tweet, I should add Lane (and the other schools who host games at Kerry Wood) have no control over the scoreboard issue. This is a Chicago Park District facility, and they should be encouraged to fix it.

So happy for Patrick who started his 1st varsity game at center last night vs. Evanston. Mom, dad and his grandpa were beaming with pride in the stands - crazy coincidence, my first varsity football game was vs Evanston too.

It’s with great pleasure to announce Jabari Sawyer will continue his academic/athletic career at St. Mary’s in MN for HC Fano. A great leader and as tough as they come. He trusted the process with remarkable direction from his awesome parents. Proud of you JB. Coach Tom.
