Tomorrow we expect a powerful follow through day in the indexes, We expect the Nasdaq to have a powerful up day on high volume. This should occur concurrently breaking the 200 dma on the upside. We expect to increase our exposure in the stock market to go from 0% to 35% tomorrow. Likely we will use a twap execution strategy and buy the tqqq and sso as well as several stocks through out the day. We have identified 40 stocks to buy. It is not the low day of the correction to buy; it's the confirmation day. Tomorrow is the confirmation day that signals to us to start buying. This is my take on $SPX: Everybody KNOWS the market will explode higher once the Iran conflict is over. Everyone KNOWS it is the MO of the current administration to create urgency/volatility and then dial it back through negotiation which generally lifts $SPX off its lows to strong new highs. Everyone KNOWS that earnings will be strong and stocks should react positively. Everyone KNOWS that the seasonality between now and mid-July is strongly bullish. I agree with all of these points and also believe $SPX SHOULD explode higher. That being the case, why isn't the market ALREADY exploding higher in anticipation of what everyone KNOWS is coming. $SPX has been below the 200-day SMA for 13 straight days. In the past 20 years, we've never been below it for this long without eventually staying below for an average of 100 days and falling an average of 15% below it.

We don't really have a market anymore. Now it's pure headline-driven volatility. Where the headlines are known in advance by a select group of insiders. And everyone else either gets lucky or gets their stops run if they're trading this tape. What a crazy time to be alive!
