One of the most life changing periods of my life has to be when I went on a 110 day celibacy/semen retention streak. My body fought me tooth and nail but I remained steady. Illusions shattered, attachments broke, nervous system recalibrated, Body & muscle mass and stamina - even my height increased, focus went up. I basically started experiencing a different world.
