HI Cheryl. You can look to reactivate this by following these steps. Log into your MyBT account, go to the "Manage phone features" or "Your products" > "Landline" section, find the Caller Display option (especially for Digital Voice), and follow the steps to add or enable the service, it usually activates within a few hours.

Hey @bt_uk my mum is having problems. She used to have caller display/screened calls until she renewed her contract. After advice from your customer service all calls are coming through with no caller id. She is older and concerned of scam callers. No one from bt is helping us!
I am currently on a WebChat with somebody saying they are unable to help as a contract has been signed and that the debt has to be paid. Their supervisor and supervisors supervisor would tell me the same. The problem is the contract was signed with an email address set up by the EE salesman in the shop when he already has an email address. Will that phone number put me through to the same people or is that an escalation number?
It seems that @bt_uk via @EE have started to take advantage of the elderly. Setting up a business broadband contract for an 80 year old when they already have a broadband contract set up (with BT) and all they wanted to do was renew a mobile contract. @bt_uk calling your helpline to cancel services has been so stressful ! A man speaking in broken English with lots of background noise such as children’s voices and animals and music playing ! Not acceptable at all !
@Georgeatasda what is the point of the collection point for parcels if the staff just turn the machine off an hour and half before the store closes. Having difficulty picking up a parcel as I work until 8pm
@RoyalMail my parcel was left in a ‘safe place’ which wasn’t safe at all. It was left in my recycling bin and it wasn’t there when I checked. According to your definition of safe place this wasn’t one. The seller won’t refund as it says delivered
Hey guys, just found this in the kitchen. No-one knows what it’s called so I’ve named it a ‘non-chocolate orange’. It tastes pretty good and I don’t feel sick if I eat a whole one. Check your kitchen, you might have one too.
