CW5 Kelly reached out to me early during the unlawful mandate- he is exactly the kind of leader we desperately need in Army Aviation! FYSA- the military invested about $5-10 million in training and flight time to create a highly skilled Apache pilot like CW5 Kelly. Kicking out over 8,500 highly trained servicemembers and forcing out tens of thousands more...was like leaving leaving 7.2 billion dollars of military equipment in our enemies hands in Afghanistan. Consider this, senior leaders were more effective at taking servicemembers out of the fight (8,500+) than ISIS and the Taliban did in a 20 years war (7,100). EVERY SERVICEMEMBER RESTORED TO OUR FORCE IS GOLD- they are proven critical thinkers who passed the test for Upholding the Constitution!!

Today, we are sharing the story of another resilient warrior who was negatively impacted by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, Kennie Kelly. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Kelly, a Master Aviator, was involuntarily separated in September 2022 after refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Following the release of EO 14184, he worked directly with the dedicated @USArmy COVID-19 Reinstatement & Reconciliation Task Force to return to service. With support from the Task Force - and under the leadership of @SecWar & @SecArmy - CW5 Kelly was reinstated in February 2026 with full relief, including backpay, duty station preference, entitlements, benefits, and constructive service credit. He now serves alongside his three sons, each carving their own path in the @USArmy, @USNavy & @USAirForce. But, this wasn’t just any CIA officer. James Erdman @Jerdman2005 was in the Director’s Initiatives Group, Tulsi Gabbard’s @TulsiGabbard handpicked hatchet men responsible for running politically motivated investigations that advance her personal agenda. The group has since been shut down. Our nation is more disconnected between its citizenry and those who serve in the military than ever. So few have any true sense of our culture and the bubble we live in. Regardless of how much it’s been done, it’s illegal to test experimental drugs on service members. I hope this goes viral. We’re just starting to find out how catastrophic the criminal experimentation on our troops was.

@samosaur They were testing PB pills (Pyridostigmine bromide (PB) was an anti-nerve agent pretreatment) during Desert Storm, it was used under an Investigational New Drug (IND) status for military use. Then I was told I needed to start the Anthrax series in Iraq. Always the guinea pigs.

Because the virus was the result of Fauci et al’s gain-of-function research at Wuhan to produce the vaccine for it. It didn’t just start with the Covid vaccine. It’s been going on for a long time. I don’t know when you enlistment, but for me it was 05. I’ve suffered with severe eczema since my time in the Corps. In 2022sh I found out that was a side effect of the smallpox vaccine they gave between something 2001-2009sh at which time that had to pull it because of said side effects. We should be holding tribunals to hold people accountable for their part in forcing the experimental covid vaccines on our troops. Maybe then people would think twice before exposing our troops to experimental vaccines.

Statute of limitations only applies to a civilized, law abiding society that upholds the rule of law. The more our government ignores the rule of law, the more our society will degrade, and eventually these crimes will be revisited by people who don’t give a rat’s ass about the inside of a courtroom and are only interested in justice.
