Someone please tell @LawyerYouKnow that the “coded language” he thought was a good point was “Turtleboy was right,” which we came up with to see if they would be ridiculous enough to try to say that coded language should also be banned. Someone tell Peter that the whole point was to illustrate that Mattei wouldn’t stop at trying to ban people from saying the McAlberts killed John Okeefe, he’d also try to ban anyone from thinking it at all. He just wants to ban words, and he proved my point for me by being trolled into doing this.

Could KR’s team submit it to the court, and the court would just believe them? Would Diller be barred from deposing Karen?

Here is a picture of Michael Proctor sitting outside his deposition on June 25 pretending to have a panic attack so that he could avoid going back in. He is now alleging that this information came from Karen Read, but as you can see from this still photograph, it obviously came from another source who witnessed this public display of shame.

I get texts like this all the time from burner numbers. No clue who it is and never will. When the McAlberts and others I expose in my writing get messages like this they blame me for it and I get charged with witness intimidation. That’s the double standard of it all.
