@chanellezss depends on the day lol. if i know im going out with friends, i try not to stress abt macros cause i know i won’t hit them for the day lol. if its a regular day, i try to mainly hit fiber and protein goals to keep me full.

@tulipwaspu that looks like a 1/3 cup of granola which is prob 200cals, full fat yogurt looks about 120cals so it’s a small amount and jam might be 60-70 cals depending on how many tablespoons their are. the only thing that can tip u over by a lot is the granola, so yeah, close to 400cals

@marihadali1lamb safely about 5-8lbs a month. that’s if ur deficit has you at about 1lb-1.5lb a week. if u try to get to 2lbs a week or lower, possibly 12lbs a month. binges can really set that amount back depending on if u hit ur protein and fiber goals.

@naikitten if i’m going out i drink a colombe even tho it’s so much sugar 😓. but when i go to a coffee shop i get a sugar free vanilla latte w almond milk and at home i use instant w one stevia and a teaspoon of milk powder. it’s like 30 cals

@interestingplum i need to know this too!! currently for me i’m bmi 26 (i know it’s bad) and my collarbones show only a little. but i’d say they really start getting prominent when I was bmi 21 or 22. they showed all the time when i was at my lw at bmi 19 💔 but i looked so gaunt in the face

@ana0000000234 @aphroxotic If you eat normally again yeah. since ur body is so used to eating so little, when you eat normally again the weight can come back kinda quick. at least that’s what happened with me. that’s why i’m not going below 1200 cause if i go back to maintenance for a day, it’ll be ok
