Older ministers should normalise shutting down the excesses of "campus ministry show biz" when invited. The other day, during a campus meeting, before I began my pep talk, I had to insist that the "fake bodyguards" standing at the podium return to their seats and hopefully listen to God's word. These people are young. If they are innocently naive, then we must be able to prune their excesses and show them that true ministry is about selfless service and stooping low so that Christ will be exalted. Otherwise, we will successfully mass-produce a generation of future ministers who are skilled in self-exaltation in the order of Lucifer instead of the meek and quiet spirit of Christ; the Servant of God. The only issue is that you are not likely going to be invited again because of your insistence on truth but at least you would have demonstrated that ministry is first about what God wants and not what we like or enjoy.

We used to have a very fruitful avocado tree at our house. It produced so heavily that we would send 60 to our friends at a time. Then, someone managing the place trimmed the tree, and it stopped producing. It was painful! But I know how to call for restoration. We planted another one, and I went there to speak to it. I called for the restoration of the lost things of the previous tree. And this new one started producing even bigger, succulent fruit! "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten..." (Joel 2:25) I don't joke with restoration. If the devil tampers with my things, I call for restoration. Because what I will take in return, the devil will regret taking the first one! 💭 Have you accepted a loss, or do you know how to demand restoration based on your covenant? 🗣️ Declare: I call for restoration over every loss I have suffered! The devil will regret tampering with my life because my return will be greater than my former state! #RevOyenikeAreogun #Restoration #DivineRecovery #FaithDeclarations #CovenantRights

While this is technically true, please and thank you were never really about owing anyone anything. You thank the waiter who brings your food, even though you paid for it. You thank the taxi driver who gets you home, even though you paid for it. You thank the client who pays for your services, even though you worked for it. Gratitude isn’t a debt. It’s a reflection of character

You don’t owe your employer a ‘thank you’ for paying your salary.

A nation cannot move forward while lives are being wasted. When will we choose people over politics? When will human life truly matter again? 🇳🇬 QUESTIONS THAT MUST BE ANSWERED: Is it not better to deploy all necessary resources to stop the loss of lives, rather than deny what is happening? Is it not more profitable to protect lives than to prepare for elections over victims of preventable tragedy? What nation truly progresses in a climate of constant crisis and insecurity? When will we be tired of being a reproach among nations? When will leadership be tired of Nigeria making negative headlines globally? When will human life regain its value in this country? When will senseless perpetrators be swiftly apprehended and brought to justice? Enough is enough. Lives must be protected. Justice must be served.

Why does God even want worship? Isn’t that… needy? I was rewatching The Chosen weeks ago, the scene with the Samaritan woman and that question wouldn’t leave me alone. Jesus says, “The Father is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth.” It hit me harder than usual. Almost made me teary. And then an intrusive thought slid in: Why does He care so much about worship? So I sat with it. And slowly, something started to untangle. We live in a world obsessed with creators and ownership. Artists sign their paintings. Musicians copyright their songs. Companies defend their patents. Architects protect their signature designs. Not because they’re insecure. Because authorship matters. We instinctively know that to erase an author’s name from their work is wrong, and to twist their creation beyond recognition is violation. That clicked for me. If flawed humans protect the integrity of what they make… how much more would the God who authored galaxies guard His? Reality itself is His masterpiece. Every law of physics, every spark of beauty, every heartbeat, signed, authored, claimed. So when Scripture calls God jealous, it’s not describing a fragile deity craving applause. It’s describing a Creator who refuses to let His signature be erased from what He made. Not insecurity, integrity. Not ego, essence. He is jealous for us, not of us. Because when creation forgets its Creator, everything breaks. Meaning unravels. Purpose distorts. Worship misfires. God’s “jealousy” isn’t about Him needing attention. It’s about Him refusing to let us live on lies. He knows that life only works when it aligns with Truth. And He is that Truth. So when Jesus says the Father is seeking worshipers, it’s not desperation. It’s love. It’s rescue. It’s the God who authored reality inviting us back into alignment with it. Divine jealousy isn’t proof of God’s weakness. It’s proof of His love. A love that protects. A love that refuses to hand us over to counterfeits. A love that will not let His creation forget who made it. The universe is a signed masterpiece. Erase the signature, and you erase meaning itself. God refuses to let that happen. That’s where I landed. And honestly? It made me worship more, not less.

@OurFavOnlineDoc As a Nigerian who is broke and fluent in English, just go to Baptist Theological Seminary for some months. Start an online church, talk about relationships and defend girls. You will make a lot of money.

Some pastors simply take their audience for fools. You can’t tell they know the people listening to them have no brains. There’s no other explanation.

I wanna buy churches like this that are shutting down across England. So if you know a church that's for sale and potentially closing down, let me know. I wanna buy a church. I don't care if it's got planning permission to return to flats redeveloped. I don't care. I wanna buy it. I don't care how profitable the conversion will be. If it was built as a church, I believe it needs to stay as a church. I want to save churches like this one from being shut down and sold off to developers all across the UK. I love making profit in property, but when someone's being built as a church to honour Jesus Christ, that's a no no. There's revival coming in England and we need to keep our churches open. Ready for what’s to come. Is this a good idea you would support?

🔥 SIGNS & SYMPTOMS OF A SICK PRAYER LIFE One of the quiet dangers in a believer’s walk is when prayer becomes a struggle instead of a strength. A healthy spiritual life is sustained by prayer. But when the prayer life becomes weak, the signs begin to show. One of those signs is when your prayer time becomes filled with yawning instead of praying. Jesus warned His disciples about this moment: 📖 “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” — Matthew 26:41 (KJV) When the prayer life is sick: • Prayer becomes a burden instead of a delight • Sleep comes quickly during prayer time • Spiritual sensitivity reduces • Discipline in the spirit begins to weaken But the solution is not condemnation — it is revival. Prayer is a spiritual muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it becomes. Start again. Set your prayer time. Engage your spirit. Your prayer life can become strong, vibrant, and effective again. 📖 “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” — James 5:16 #PrayerLife #SpiritualDiscipline #DreamCentre #RevivalInPrayer #ReverendAreogun
