@brightafia All depends on what you're trying to achieve. I do an hour of just pure strength training and that's all I need for what my goals are.

I spend up to 2 hours in the gym. I'm still shocked how people spend 30–45 minutes and then go home.

@TLNdc Felt like we were seeing a younger Tanev in the way he played defense and moved the puck. Looks like a reliable top-4 guy to me, nothing more but also not a 3rd pairing guy as he will be used in a lot of defensive situations.
