@sanbatra I have dead investment in Mohali, WTC. GMADA has done nothing to give investors any sort of relief. Possession was to be in 2019-2020. You’re lucky that you did not encounter such experience but the interior of Punjab is a different story.

My first such experience was when I sat to next to a Thai Sikh couple in 2001 . Hoping to chat - I was astonished when they started speaking to each other in fluent Thai. ! Beautiful authenticity and integration !

@mvcinvesting There is an accrete to 120% - so essentially the coupon is about 5% if the bond holder doesn’t convert . So essentially it’s a 5% paper with a call option at 180ish .
