@portlandgeneral Mike, I've been scouring the updates for any speck of concrete information. There's nothing to indicate when and if we'll have power. This transformer was problematic prior to weather event, we've have numerous outages in last five months.

@SandiV I wish I had a better answer for your question. I know our first step is to ensure public safety, then we go from the largest group of customers to the smallest group, until everyone is back on. We do have additional info at bit.ly/3dpy3z9 ^Mike

By Friday night we expect 90% of customers currently without power will be restored. For the remaining 10%, due to the significant damage and access challenges, we expect that it will take several more days.

@portlandgeneral we're a small block of 12 homes at 14100 NE Brazee/Russell PDX without power for days. Surrounded by neighbors with power. Many elderly in the homes lacking power. Needing a fix is this transformer, which has had many issues before weather event. Any updates?

@lost_grrl @portlandgeneral I hear ya. Adding to frustration is my neighbors next door and across the street have power, we know it's a hyperlocal issue.

@SandiV @portlandgeneral It's been a roller coaster ride here. Power off Thursday, on Friday then on last night, now off again since this morning. We are told it is a feeder station issue. I'm done with it.

@portlandgeneral we're now on the second round of outages since Friday and the same 12 house block has lost power three times in a month. How do we ensure there's a fix for this persistent issue? 14100 block of NE Brazee, Portland.

@portlandgeneral Thanks Leah. I can tell you in this instance it's a transformer that's had issues before the weather events, hoping there's an opportunity to fix or replace so it doesn't happen again in a few days.

@SandiV Hi Sandi, I understand being concerned by multiple outages. We do maintenance on our equipment and trim trees that threaten our lines throughout the year. During large outages we are always learning and finding new ways to do better in the future. Thanks, Leah

@lost_grrl @portlandgeneral In our case it looks to be a transformer issue, same fuse that was recently replaced is disconnected again.
