@sandman1809 @JohnnyGaming9 @burnaway_hill It's easy to block off time - TLOU2 has been out 6 years, so compare first game over 6 years, an unknown new franchise, reached almost 18 million sales. TLOU2, mega blockbuster sequel, costing 10x more to make, in its first 6 years...managed only 10-12 million.

@burnaway_hill @JohnnyGaming9 It's far worse than you think. The sequel cost 10x the original to develop, and Naughty Dog only broke even after the 6th or 7th million sale.

TLOU2 sold record numbers in the first week based on the first game, and the reason the tail is weak is because people played it and didn't recommend it to their friends.

My narrative is that it cost $220 Million to develop and took months to break even. My narrative is that 18 million people bought the original on PS4, but only 10-12 million bought TLOU2 across both PS4 and PS5. At some point you're going have to explain to me how a game that cost ten times more only sold half as many copies. Must be all that media literacy I hear about.

People are using House's one (1) completely justified crashout in the game because the literal key to all his plans is right in front of him and the person who was hired and paid to give it to him is refusing as evidence that its totally justified for House to start going schizo and screaming at Cooper Howard because Coop called him crazy because House was too stupid to explain what he knows without coming off as stupid and crazy. Its actually the perfect representation of how disingenuous and bad faith Bethesda fans are.
