@Redrow Hi Anna, I've had contact with Redrow customer support, sales and legal All Ineffective. How could Redrow place a legal restriction, a ticking time bomb in the land registry and how many other homes are affected. This will delay the sale/conveyancing of Redrow homes by weeks.

@HPSupport My laptop was damaged in transit Laptop arrived just after Black Friday. The replacement has not been shipped. This is terrible customer service. I contacted Customer service a number of times. Nothing.

@Redrow Home Owners beware of a restriction included in your Land Registry which prevents you from selling your house without consulting Redrow. Selling our home after 14 years, our buyers solicitor spots a restriction included by Redrow 17 years ago. It's taken weeks to resolve

@Redrow I am in the process of selling my Redrow house and the sale is being prevented by a 15YO legal clause that Redrow have yet to respond to. Perhaps someone needs to address this!

@engrugby_tours I purchased 4 Advantage Access Passes for the Italy game in March. Unfortunately, the package dates and departure locations do not suit our friends so they are travelling separately. I'm now advised that we cannot guarantee being seated together. This is awful.

@transport_wales What an absolute Sh!t show today's train services from Glos to Cardiff for the Rugby. Trains cancelled or short stocked? Abs. bx if you try and blame Storm Bert. You provide a sub-standard service even on the busiest of days, disgraceful.

@bt_uk How do I report a line fault for my aging mother? I had to call the neighbours I was so concerned but I get no response from BT services. And yes, she has been with BT since they were the GPO.

Evri, Hermes, we are still get ever larger trucks using this residential area as a depot. I have not heard back to my request.

Could Evri customer services DM me please. A delivery truck arrives on our residential development between 09:30 and 10:00, daily. The road is narrow, winding with cars parked on either side of the road. The road is NOT suitable for this truck size. Our grass verges are damaged.
