Stoked to see 'Broadening our view of what success looks like' as a one of the key shifts in the new curriculum. What a perfect time for school leaders to get into #storyhui and let the kids decide what success means for them! @annekenn @sandraahoward and the beautiful @lizst

@kerriatlearning @nzbookcouncil The Rongokako learners and I are excited to be a part of another unique, connected and rewarding learning experience. It is awesome to have the text as the catalyst that sparks wonderings, curiosity and further learning.

@Room718 Hello Grace, I can totally understand where you are coming from. Music plays a huge part in my life as well. I play it when I are both happy and sad - because it allows my imagination to run wild. Why do you think it helps you to bust out those moves?

@AnnaTat44192800 I love rhyme! Especially long weird rhymes. I recently rhymed 'yoghurt issue' with 'Mogadishu'. but I either do rhyming or non-rhyming. The first RUDE poem rhymed. #NZraAnnual2

@assscroft, Here is a question from Miss Tate - We read that you like rhyming, but your poem ‘Wealth’ doesn’t seem to rhyme. Is there a reason for that? #NZraAnnual2 Maybe it's to do with rewriting it. Did the first one rhyme?

@Rongokako21 Hello Luca, I like the line where you talk about having chances during your life time. Are you able to explain this in more depth?#NZraAnnual2

@kerriatlearning I think that the poet should have the final say because everybody connects with poetry in different ways. Sometimes I think people see what they want to see in a poem. What do you think? #NZraAnnual2

so from this I gather that you can't have the final say as to what is in or out? Harsh! What do you think kids? Should the poet actually be able to have a say ? #NZraAnnual2

@Room718 Aaarrgh. Hard! Often my favourites are poems no one else likes. Just because they are successful at what they do or mean something dear to me. I have one called 'No More Experimental Cat Poetry' that I love, but my editor cut it from my last book. It made no sense. #NZraAnnual2

The line “Or when you listen to music so good it hurts” relates to me because I’ve listened to tons of good music and all of them hurt from how good they were. ~Leo #NZraAnnual2
