I’ve taken the day off. It has been hugely pressured, busy and stressful few weeks and earlier this week my brain and body told me ENOUGH. So I’m still in bed watching it snow. It’s lovely & peaceful. Being a leader is sometimes about putting yourself first. #MentalHealthMatters
