@clarkshelp Thanks it's all sorted I was able to get through to a customer service personnel. Was very long on the phone and the live chat been taking ages.

@NandosUK Yes i have done so. It was an awful experience and food was cold and I was made to order at the table. Lack of staff made it worse, seemed to be delveroo orders were being prioritised! This definitely is not the nandos way. When I complained all I got was an apology! #understaff
