@Top_CashBack I referred a friend and she signed up and spent £100+ and she didn’t get her £10 for signing up and I didn’t get my £25 for the referral. Not happy

@PrathamLadha You need to submit the claim through the form on our website as this needed for the retailer's network to investigate. Cashback is rewarded by the network not by us, which is why we require you to submit a claim which we will then use to retrieve the cashback. We've seen that 1/2

@PrathamLadha Hi there, we generally advise that you allow up to 7 days for purchases to track, as sometimes they can take a few days to show on your account. However as the transaction hasn't tracked after 7 days you'll need to submit a missing cashback claim using the link I've provided 1/2

It has taken me an hr to use @Skyscanner after @Top_CashBack click through. SS app won’t attract £back but TCB will disappear off your screen if you have to walk away from yr phone for anything. Hit/miss if you have to start from @Top_CashBack screen - then yr data goes AWOL
