@AmazonHelp Me again. I've just made my 6th call to the CS dept. regarding the SAME issue that has been going on since Feb, I've been told 6 times that someone will reach out within 1 -2 business day. NOTHING. When will the lies stop!!

@AmazonHelp So, been locked out of my account. Something about 2-step verification. On my third call to CS and have been told cant help me, and that the account team WON'T TAKE MY CALL! This is how Amazon treats loyal customers?

@AmazonHelp Sure cant get into account. Wont take my password. Clicked on reset pw. No code sent. Tried again. No code sent. Made call to CS sent a link to fill out a form to disable 2-step, link takes me to a login page that i cant log into! Back to square 1. Called back to CS. Diff. story.
