After years of work and hundreds of pages of paperwork, we got the word from @ASHPOfficial this week that the PGY2 ID pharmacy residency @OURxResidency is now fully accredited. I couldn’t have done it without all the help and support.

Hi Pharmacy Twitter: I’ve been out of practice for a few years and I’m curious if EHRs currently report estimated creatine clearance using Cockcroft-Gault or MDRD calculation? And is there any option to customize to one or the other of these ? Thank you so much ! #rxtwitter

#IDWeek2023 chronicles. Took the commuter into Boston, 25 miles. Didn't pack until this morning. Things I almost forgot: -hairbrush -sneakers -poster 🤪 I guess I could have sweet talked my mom into driving it in. I mean, she DID pack me a sandwich for lunch today 🤣
