२९ ऑगस्ट २०२३ पासून जरांगे यांनी अंतरवली सराटी येथे मराठा आरक्षण ह्या विषयावर आंदोलन सुरू केले. ह्यात ८ वेळा उपोषणं / आंदोलने केली. आज त्या आंदोलनाचा उद्रेक झाला तर सरकारला नवल का वाटलं? किती वर्ष भिका मागायला लावणार? २०२३ पासून ते आत्तापर्यंत फक्त आश्वासने देऊन सरकारने वेळकाढूपणा का केला? समितीची बैठक घेतल्याचे आत्ता दाखवत आहेत, ह्या समितीच्या किती बैठका ह्या २ वर्षात झाल्या? ह्याचा अहवाल सरकार देऊ शकेल का? का फक्त झुलवत ठेवणार? बाकी सगळे राजकीय उपटसुंभ, आपापल्या राजकीय पोळ्या भाजायला तिथे जातात. ते फक्त आंदोलनात येतात. मग ऐरवी ते काहीच का करत नाहीत? अधिवेशनात कोणीच का बोलत नाही? जरांगेंनी राजकारण्यांना लांब ठेवायला हवं. ह्यापुढे एकही राजकीय नात्याला आंदोलनात स्थान नाही असं सांगून टाकायला हवं. सगळे एका माळेचे मणी. स्वतःच्या समाजाचं इतकं मोठं आंदोलन चालू असतांना शिंदे गावी का गेले? त्यांनी छत्रपतींसमोर आश्वासन दिलं होतं ना? अजित पवारांचे आमदार आंदोलनाला पाठिंबा देतात, पण अजित पवार एकही शब्द का बोलत नाहीत? हे दोघंही मराठा आहेत ना ? फडणवीस म्हणतात मी मराठा आरक्षण दिले, मग आता पुढे काहीच का केलं नाही? का त्यांना चर्चेला बोलावलं नाही? त्यांची जेवणाखाणाची आबाळ का केली? जरांगेंचा त्यांच्या बद्दलचा तिरस्कार हा जालन्यात झालेल्या लाठी चार्ज मुळे झाला असेल. ठाकरे- पवार सरकार होत तेव्हा त्यांनी देखील काहीच का केलं नव्हतं? सगळे खोटारडे संधीसाधू आहेत. फक्त मतांचं राजकारण करतात. माझ्या मते, ‘अतिशय गरीब’ असलेल्या मराठा बांधवांना आरक्षण मिळाले पाहिजे. त्यासाठी OBC Non Creamy layer हे ८ लाखाच्या खाली न ठेवता, ४ लाखाच्या खाली केले पाहिजे. मगच खाऱ्या अर्थाने ते गरजू व गरीब लोकांसाठी होईल. SC आणि ST category मधे सुद्धा creamy- non creamy लेयर करून त्या समाजाच्या फक्त वंचित वर्गाला आरक्षण दिले गेले पाहिजे. पण त्या बद्दल कोणी काहीच बोलत नाही. SC ST मधील खऱ्या गरीब व गरजू लोकांना आरक्षणाचा लाभ मिळत नाही.
