@Swiggy can hardly do anything about poor delivery timeline. Got cold food after a long wait of almost 1 hour from a place that was 0.5 kms away! Delivery partner non responsive. Lost in his direction and even their support couldn't track and talk to him. #poor #customerservice

Its pathetic & frustrating how @jio_fiber @JioCare consistently ignore customer complaints in @myjio app for Internet network issues. And Bots can't solve problems it. It's been more than a week now, and multiple instances. @reliancejio I always liked up to Jio but not anymore!

@JioCare @JioCare well nobody turned up. I called the number in the ticket to only realise he's unable to visit. Spoke with his senior and now waiting for the engineer visit. Like I said, its not easy! @jio_fiber

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Also it shows the service engineer details but they don't turn up. I wasted two days of my office since I took #WFH. Can you send someone ASAP? This severally impacts work. Moreover as you can see in screenshot it doesn't show the engineers time of visit!!

@JioCare Well they keep on changing the status to resolved without actually resolving and even visiting. I'm waiting for engineer to visit my house since yesterday and nobody turned up. No calls from them, nothing. I don't trust Jiocare. The lady told me she scheduled the visit. @JioCare
