@alvaro_segarra Por desgracia las primera historias sobre la guerra dejaban muy de lado a los clones y el lore de las legiones, había muy pocos clones con nombre o protagonicos. Fue más cerca del Ep. III, y posterior, que empezaron a profundizar en el gran ejercito de la república.

@monasar @reviewsdino2 No one denies the quality of their products, but their profitability declined as development costs increased. There's a reason the 7th generation of consoles had fewer Star Wars games than the 6th, and most of those that did weren't of such high quality.

@santigonver @reviewsdino2 LucasArts was one of the best developers and publishers of the 90s and 2000s. Aside from an amazing first party collection, they made Rogue Squadron with Factor5, KOTOR with BioWare/Obsidian, Battlefront with EA… all highly selling series with multiple game.

Disney’s first major mistake after buying Star Wars/Lucasfilm was closing down LucasArts and laying off all of their staff.

The idea that the EU was never canon is debatable, but the idea that it never mattered is ridiculous. If only canon matters, why do we watch Visions? Why does Disney+ have the Droids & Ewoks, or Clone Wars series? Why do they put so much effort into bringing back things from it?

@LuisFansitodeOp Sobre todo los comics son los que peor salieron, forzandolos a terminar las historias abruptamente. Pero en el caso de los videojuegos creo que Lucasarts estaba tan mal economicamente que seguir con los proyectos abiertos era inviable continuarlos.

Lo que mas me duele de la cancelación de los proyectos de Legends que aun seguían activos después de que Disney adquiriera los derechos es que nunca se les permitirá tener la conclusión que merecen aunque ya tienen el sello de pertenecer a otra continuidad diferente al canon
