Paid $75 each for premium seats with 3 kids on @airindia. Last-minute downgrade, kids scattered in random seats, no info at check-in. Asked to chase refunds at service center. Politicians get privilege, common families get hell. @narendramodi @JM_Scindia @CampbellwilsonAI

@airindia Who authorized downgrading to smaller aircraft last minute because booking wasn’t full for larger aircraft… Total 170 passengers impacted & flight still on gate due to someone made this calls without ground work. @JM_Scindia are you aware of it?
