@talk2anuradha 60% is still less than the population percentage. It will and should eventually increase to the proportion of populatuon one day. Your brainless tirades wont stop it.

A recent IIM Udaipur study shows: SC/ST/OBC share increased from 43% to 60% in 10 years. Meanwhile, GC fell from 57% to 39%, even after EWS. It seems Social justice is just a farce. "Jitni aabadi, utna haq" is the real intention!

@RajeshwariRW Reservation is a JUSTICE in form representation against the crime of centuries of exclusion. Its not charity. Do something positive in life instead of ranting against reservations.

If someone receives reservation in NEET UG, they study in the same college as open-merit students, with the same professors and the same resources. So why is reservation still needed again in NEET PG, Jobs and even promotions ? Reservation should be completely removed from the healthcare system.

The Hindu community was accused of casteism, and for almost a century the community has made tangible changes and systems, and sacrifices, to overcome this. The Muslim community, worldwide, stands accused of spawning terrorism. What tangible changes or systems or sacrifices have they come up with to overcome this, except playing the victim and the bogey of “Islamophobia”? 🤔 #justasking
Arfa Khanum Sherwani@khanumarfa

Muslims are being insulted and called terrorists in schools, offices and online. Terrorism has no religion and Muslims are its victims too- many died in delhi blasts. Muslims have shed blood for this land, stood for its unity and still face suspicion and persecution. Enough. Stop criminalizing Muslim identity!

Mamdani's mother Meera Nair was my contemporary at Miranda House. She is from a wealthy Punjabi family which was driven out of the region that became Pakistan. And yet she is a true blooded Hindu hater! She changed the spelling of her name from Punjabi "Nayyar" to "Nair" to the more elitist Kerala's Nairs. Her marriage to Mamdani shows that she thinks very highly of Mazhabeez. Knowing her bent of mind, I did not support her proposal to make a commercial film on my reports on the 1984 anti Sikh riots. She had scripted a crude love story around that national tragedy! Her film " Salaam Bombay" betrayed her crass commercial self. The ugly fake narrative she created around the "Kaun Banega Crorepati" was malicious beyond belief. Her film "Monsoon Wedding" was a crass caricature of Punjabi Hindus --her own community. OR "Mississipi Masala" where all the Blacks are great guys with strong family values, whereas the Hindus in Africa are depicted as crude, loud mouthed, vulgar racists, without any sanskars. All this and more shows that she doesn't mind demonising and demeaning her own people in order to make money and join the elite Woke Club.

He hates every kafir. That woman is not a Hindu nor Indian

India’s biggest export earnings can come from Tourism which is totally free from Trumps tariffs. India, with its natural beauty, history, heritage, culture, and diversity, sees a mere 1.5% share in international tourist arrivals. There has been no concerted branding or marketing campaign for Indian tourism in the past decade. We need the biggest global branding and marketing campaign to unleash Incredible India’s immense potential. Otherwise, with the 1800 planes Indian airlines are buying, we will just be ferrying Indians flying abroad for holidays. We must attract global tourists. They will more than make up for 50% tariff levied by Trump on goods.

Okay so let me get this straight: Citizens of India (including Goa) want Old/Uber to work in Goa. (As it brings better services. And, makes the market more price competitive) But, because the Taxi Union of Goa does not want that to happen. So this won't happen. Taxi Union wants > Greater than the wants of Citizens of India.

Interesting observations by Yogendra Yadav although misplaced and perhaps without adequate comprehension of what I wrote in my email response to the Ashoka Alumnus. I don’t know if he actually read my email in detail. I have met Yogendra Yadav once in my life. A few years ago I had been invited by a friend for an evening at his residence. It was a political fundraiser where Yogendra and another gentleman (I forget who) were pitching to raise money for some or the other election (I forget whether this was in Yogendra’s AAP phase or subsequently). There were fifteen or twenty people from business and industry present. I remember thinking that I quite liked him - soft spoken, polite and self effacing. However I did not donate because I generally think it is a good idea to stay away from political parties and causes and because I did not quite believe in his politics and also because I did not think he had any chance of winning whichever election he was fighting at that time. I guess this is the dilemma of the socialist deep left. You need the money that only industry can give you so you must break bread with them and pitch. At the same time you deeply mistrust industry and your reflex is to attack it. Yogendra’s child (ren?) go to Ashoka university where 50% of the students study on scholarships. These scholarships are enabled by financial contributions from industry - capitalist philanthropists. Another dilemma. I still think Yogendra Yadav is a decent fellow - misguided but decent. His personal criticism of me is couched in polite and disarming terms - I suspect partly because that is his nature and his DNA and possibly who knows he may need to talk to industry again. @_YogendraYadav

वीडियो देखें: indianexpress.com/article/opinio…
