I can't imagine any teacher or school administrator who does not have a phonics program 'front and centre' in their programs however I too am aware of 'colleagues' who dismiss the approach. This is where district educational accountability must be taken over by the employer!

@Steve_Breen @JohnGardnerMP We need to also have many of colleagues believe that said phonics program will be permitted in their school. Many are anti systematic phonics teaching.
