so Teletext asked for my bank account info so they can process refund. When I asked when I would recieve it guess what...they ignored me again and again. STOPTHE DELAY TACTICS ANS GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!

No end of phone calls and emails we still don't have our money back. We were due to fly in April last year! Customer service has been awful, we have been fobbed off, hung up on and ignored by @TeletextHoliday using the pandemic as an excuse to keep our cash! 😡 @WaynePerks_

I have written to the @CMAgovUK this morning requesting an update on where they are with investigating @TeletextHoliday following my report in December. There is clearly considerable consumer detriment and this warrants swift action. Update to follow
