@jet_set When my kids were little, people were generally kind on flights. So, I've tried to pay that back and shift around when necessary. But on my last flight, I was asked to move so a mother could sit with her son. I agreed but later learned he was 15! He slept the entire flight.

The problem: the airlines will switch your seat without notice. I’ve booked seats together with kids and have had the airline ✨undo it✨. The airline’s best suggestion is to beg your fellow passengers—a great system everyone loves!

@jcgkaufmann There has to be someone capable of pulling a kid out of the pool -- even from the bottom. Most 9-year olds can't do that. Also, someone needs to be on the lookout for heads that don't pop up for any reason.
