@pandocruises@dcSpmuSumptuous I received my refund cheque today - it was over a £1000 short - after waiting an age to get through to P&O they confirmed I would have to claim the remaining amount from Hays Travel the agent I booked with. A covering letter explaining this with the cheque would have been useful.

1/2 Today was a critical day for public transport in the region and, despite months of improvements, we have been comprehensively let down by West Midlands Trains. I’ve had a very forthright conversation with their managing director and this will get sorted - one way or another.

From tomorrow (23/3) @WestMidRailway will be running a reduced timetable. This is to reflect the ongoing Coronavirus situation, while also ensuring our Key Workers are still able to travel to and from work.

@andy4wm@transportgovuk Service is not getting any better - I’m waiting for the 7.49 Whitlocks end to Stourbridge 8 mins late - but worse only 3 carriages - so will be dangerously overcrowded- happening all the time.
