@Michael08317510 @TUIUK This because they’re unscrupulous. Their promise to string customers along. #fraudulent company when they know we’ll that holidays aren’t going ahead. Any incentives acquired no longer exist. If any other business behaved like this they’d be lawyers involved

@TUIUK did you know tui know in advance of holidays not going ahead? There’s other people in the travel industry who get told in plenty of time. Yet #tuiuk choose to give #falsepromises and behave #fraudulently revoking any incentive compensation they previously lured you in with

@pandocruises terrible service.Cancelled my booking that we were looking forward to.Because our small child doesn’t have a vaccination yet. No young kids do.Over half term week too! Still no refund #useless #wheresmyrefund people don’t book if you have kids

@pandocruises @dcSpmuSumptuous I received my refund cheque today - it was over a £1000 short - after waiting an age to get through to P&O they confirmed I would have to claim the remaining amount from Hays Travel the agent I booked with. A covering letter explaining this with the cheque would have been useful.

@pandocruises Perhaps less busy if you hadn’t decided to cancel lots of holidays.If it’s quick enough to email us and cancel. Quick enough to take money.Then should be quick to refund.This is a poor excuse that I won’t accept! Other companies are not doing this to their guests

The reason they’re not refunding in timely manner is simply to make interest. As well as sell the holiday to someone else. Before they’ll refund you.Never will I book with P & O again. Yet they kept people with children who are in the most expensive suits.🤔
