Yesterday, the RAF held a LGBT Restorative Action Ceremony to honour & recognise LGBT veterans affected by the historic ban of LGBT people in the UK armed forces. Veterans were recognised for their service & received an apology for past injustices. 🔗 raf.mod.uk/news/articles/…

Great to see the team from @ComdMed_RAF Tactical Medical Wing on Ex Mobility Guardian 23 in the Western Pacific. Alongside allies from Japan, NZ and Canada they exercised disaster response scenarios. TMW are a high readiness specialist Air Medical team for Defence. #WeEnable

At the end of some wonderful leave and much needed peace. I’m refreshed, I’m rested and I’ve spent some time doing the things I love. Tomorrow, I start as Sqn 2iC on the Sqn I’ve spent the last 20 yrs on and off at every rank. Let’s go! ✈️ 🏥
