BHQ CFAVs attended a dedicated welfare workshop, gaining practical skills to recognise concerns, respond with confidence & actively promote wellbeing. The session fostered safer spaces, strengthened resilience & forms a key part of our ongoing strategy to support Cadets & CFAVs

Today is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. It starts 16 Days of activism against gender-based violence. @ArmyCadetsUK have a 10min presentation to show to cadets and adults, to raise awareness and know how to seek help for self or others #noexcuse

Excellent day, learning and networking with many different roles of Army personnel. Trust was central to the solution of inclusion and feeling welcome. Leaders must be fair and listen to their teams. Diversity is present and has been for all time, it’s what makes our army strong.
