Serious safety hazard by @dominos_india at Doddanekundi road. Your delivery partners are parking unregistered vehicles (no number plates) right on the main road. This spot causes severe traffic bottlenecks on weekdays. @blrcitytraffic Requesting urgent towing.

@agoda My booking ID is 1329012325. Unfortunately support is asking me genius questions like, "show proof of search". I would assume a tech company would have those logs, but what do I know. I have even showed a screen of 2 failed bookings on my account, but let's see where this goes.

I think for international flights @agoda is not reliable at all. Terrible customer service and seems like their backend department is also useless. Complained on Saturday and no resolution even till now while the flight prices have increased 5k per person in the mean time.

Not to mention the cheap tricks their customer service execs play just to not having to deal with the issue. They say "putting on hold for 3-5 mins" which converts to 10 mins and then the call gets cut. Shameful behaviour.

@SwiggyCares Order ID was 174243428020732. After numerous calls and 2.5 hrs, got my order. The Customer Service guy promised I'll get the refund for this one, but I'm not holding my breath, after all, it's so difficult to reach you folks! Can't even find a proper way to call you.
