@elonmusk please bring back double pull for FSD so that we can use TACC on single pull. My Model Y doesn’t let me switch to double pull for FSD and that is a major hindrance to using FSD which I like to use for part of the drive but not the entire trip.

@northwoods1980 All great points. The patient's neurological status is often the most important factor in deciding the initial treatment in these cases; surgical vs. non-surgical.

@sardarspine I only mentioned the distinction of formed abscess versus phlegmon because, we definitely see phlegmon disappear/melt away with steroids and antibiotics but, a formed abscess generally not because antibiotics generally don't penetrate.

I performed a partial C4 corpectomy with fibular allograft -Abscesses can be more solid than expected -Partial corpectomy offers excellent decompression + stability -Material choice (titanium/allograft/autograft) matters less than thorough I&D and stabilization #cervicalspine
