So, if I live in Ikorodu and my child is to write JAMB in Abule Egba and I take him there, it means he's not ready for higher institution? Is it even normal for me as a father to sit down at home watching television and ask him to go that far on his own? A child who has never done such before? I will not only take him there, I will stay till he finishes the exams and we both leave and that's after I must have gone to locate the exam centre before the set date. If anything happens to that child, these people will be the first to blame the parents, they will be the first to call the parents irresponsible. She can decide to let her child go to Ajah from Sango Ota, it is her choice. The fact that I take the child there doesn't mean he's not ready to go to the University

Please tell me how Peter Obi is different from the present-day politicians. It is not by carrying Tuface's bag or by shouting a slogan of consumption to the producer and lying at slightest opportunity that makes him different. I think this is not ignorance but a deliberate attempt to humiliate the girl because of the hatred they have for her religion. This is not the first and it won't be the last if sanctions are not imposed on officers doing that violation of Muslim girl right to dress modestly

The hijab candidate was allowed to sit for the examination, contrary to the impression being circulated. The Board will not, under any circumstances, allow a candidate to be denied her rights on the basis of her faith, as this is protected under the Constitution. We will continue to emphasize to all officials, including staff and ad hoc personnel, the importance of respecting these rights.

It should be clearly understood, as we have previously stated, that the hijab is not a form of fashion or cultural display, but a religious obligation in Islam. We therefore call on you, in the strongest terms, to urgently put an end to any form of discrimination or harassment against Muslim candidates in matters that are central to their faith. Are you expecting them to appear in examination halls without proper covering or to expose parts of their bodies? In our religion, this is not permissible, and we will not comply with such requirements. We strongly urge that all forms of harassment or discrimination against Muslim women for wearing the hijab be stopped immediately.
