@potatokmish I love the Chargers over Jags. Chargers team is all jacked up for this game. Herbert and the team are tired of hearing how they blew the lead to the jags in the playoffs. Chargers have a bye on deck. Chargers D allowed only 26 points last 3 games. Jags 12 sacks in 9 games

Week 11 Circa Millions selections. Last team out: square dog Broncos +3.5. Loved them all week, but made decision to toss them and add Jags +3 at very last second. We all know how these choices usually end 😆 GL to everyone.

@NFL @Chiefs @NFLPlus Not just this, but earlier in the 1st half KC #52 was 3 yards pass the line of scrimmage when Mahommes threw the pass. Ref was right there, and the call was not made.

The premiers and I spoke today. In the face of our immediate trade pressures, we’re focused on building strength at home. That means launching big nation-building projects, removing internal trade barriers, and building one Canadian economy. We agreed to meet in Saskatoon on June 2 to keep that work going — and keep building Canada strong.

I had a productive call with @vonderleyen this morning. We’re ready to build on our free trade relationship, bolster economic security, and work side-by-side on shared defence and security challenges.    When Canada and the European Union build together, our futures are stronger.

@krfree06 @MarkJCarney @vonderleyen Everything the USA does can be done by others. USA is just 350 million in a world of 8 billion. Might take time but the American Empire will be replaced if they continue with Conservative/GOP rule.

I am a little concerned about the meeting with the president coming up. I get this spider sense feeling, Mark might be walking into an ambush, and I hope this does not happen. We know deep down Trump wanted PP and Alberta is making us look divided, Smith can not keep a lid on things for a week while Canada negotiates with the US. It feels like Smith and Alberta do not want us to succeed. Why could they have not waited a bit till Carney meets all premiers and Trump. Is it just me sensing an ambush. I know we are building trade partners around the world, but the sum of all those parts is not equal to the US. Trump could easily tell other countries if you trade with Canada, higher tariffs for you. We need all hands on deck. You figure that all Premiers would understand. On a side note, it's refreshing to see a sitting a Prime Minister is going to call a by election immediately and is not playing games. I pray that this becomes a trend for our country, play fewer games and politics with each other, and work together towards a common goal. Imagine how much stronger we would be if for a change all parties worked as a team.

@TheRunedBroker @robertbenzie I read that bill, and there was a lot of opposition from the media. I agree with that bill. Pierre did introduce this bill. BTW, if a bill is good, even a minority government can pass it with help. Thanks for the correction

NEW: Significant news the premiers will welcome: PM Carney pledges no cuts to federal transfer payments and promises to eliminate all federal barriers to interprovincial trade by July 1. Both Doug Ford and Tim Houston have been pushing for this. #cdnpoli

Oh, please. I don't even know where to start with you. Are you having issues with PP losing . Alberta gets more than other provinces, Liberals bought you a pipeline and built a pipeline that no one else was interested in. Harper was in power for 10 years as a Conservative. Why did he not build you one. Trudeau senior had one in the works ready to go. Conservatives got in the way. What is that you guys want. If you want to leave, then do it.

@sargeantjesse @Monarch71897881 @robertbenzie A lot to respond to ill start with the first few. Your stats are from 2020 its 2025 now. Liberals gave AB $29 billion while the G20 got $945 billion so how do you figure AB got more?

A lot of countries have that net zero by 2050. Canada has given Alberta more than any other province. Apparently, it's not enough. The problem is you have Smith, who is interested in promoting her own personal agenda, then taking care of the province. She is creating distractions to keep us all occupied. I hope the pipelines get built. Alberta and Canada both need them to start west and east.

@sargeantjesse @Phoenix_Ranger2 @robertbenzie Alberta wants is to be able to get our product to market just like every other province. Without political interference and bogus environmental regulations. AB had an emissions cap, industrial carbon tax and commitment to net zero by 2050…pre-Trudeau! 3/3

@TheRunedBroker @robertbenzie He whispered it in your ear, correct ? I have not seen him pass a single bill in the House of Commons. He is lucky Canada has a Prime Minister that is allowing him back in quickly. If the shoe was on the other foot, I would not be so sure if Pierre had done the same.

It is with humility and appreciation that I have accepted Damien Kurek’s offer to resign his seat in Battle River-Crowfoot so that I can work to earn the support of citizens there to serve them in Parliament. Damien’s selfless act to step aside temporarily as a Member of Parliament shows his commitment to change and restoring Canada’s promise. I will work to earn the trust of the good people of Battle River-Crowfoot and I will continue to hold the Liberal minority government to account until the next federal election, when we will bring real change to all Canadians.

If that is the case, why is Alberta always whining. Take a look. Danielle Smith frequently insists she simply can't stand for the federal Liberals' hostility towards Alberta oil & gas. Why oh why won't they ever stop being so mean? So let’s take a look at exactly what that “hostility” looks like together, shall we? Canada’s oil industry gets the highest subsidies offered by any nation. Canada's fossil fuel subsidies are not only higher than the G20 average, but more than ten times the G20 average. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.na… When Covid came along, Canada’s already enormous federal subsidies for the fossil fuel industry tripled. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.ii… Ottawa also gave Alberta more Covid aid per capita than any other province, by the way, even though as a rich province they were least in need of the extra help. But no level of special treatment is ever good enough for the UCP. Treat them better than any other part of the country, and they'll still scream that you're being mean to them. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.uc… Trudeau spent more than 35 Billion tax dollars building Alberta a giant pipeline that most of the country didn’t want. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.na… The Trans Mountain pipeline is also, we should note, guaranteed to lose money and never repay taxpayers for its construction. It's very clearly unprofitable, but Alberta wanted it anyway, and Ottawa keeps trying to appease them for some dumb reason. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.wc… Trudeau’s Liberal government also approved every single new oil or gas project that was ever proposed to them. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.cb… r.pebmac.ca/https://www.bb… Oil production and export reached an all time record high under Justin Trudeau. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.cb… And is still climbing. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.re… Here's another fun fact: 70% of Canada's fossil fuel production is foreign owned, ensuring that the majority of wealth it generates flows out of the country into foreign coffers at our expense, rather than helping Canadians. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.st… In yet another effort to appease Alberta, Trudeau used taxpayer dollars to clean up abandoned wells that the industry was already legally required to do themselves. The industry happily cut its own cleanup efforts at the same time. Did Danielle Smith thank Ottawa? Of course not. She just dialled up the volume of her complaints. r.pebmac.ca/https://edmont… You can't try to make oil shills happy and show climate leadership at the same time, so something had to give, and it was the LPC's already weak commitment to the climate. Ottawa caters to big oil so hard that Canada has the world’s biggest gap between climate rhetoric and climate action of any nation. r.pebmac.ca/https://www.na… In hopes of getting Alberta to finally stop complaining, Ottawa Liberals dropped Canada’s international climate performance from 58th best among wealthy economies under Harper down to an even more dismal 62nd best under Trudeau. To try to create peace with Alberta they were apparently willing to betray the whole damned biosphere. They were the best friends big oil has ever had in their history to date. ccpi.org But in the UCP dictionary, “hate for our precious oil industry” apparently means “emptying multiple dump trucks of public money into their lap.” Smith’s government is welcome to show me that sort of hate any time it likes. No matter how much special treatment Alberta gets, they keep whining. They're Canada's best example of how appeasement never works. sustainablesong.medium.com/albertas-cycle…
