@MussaFNBR @muzamilakh Realistically the last 5 reps are the reps that have the highest degrees of mechanical tension and are the ones which cause muscle growth so u should stay in a lower rep range to minimize fatigue

@muzamilakh @sarimwtf I do from time to time like maybe once every two weeks I’ll try to break a strength plateau but for me personally I’m seeing better resultever since I stopped counting. Because after the 10th rep your brain tells you to not do more so without counting it helps me achieve failure
