@fairyvomit I’ll never forgive them for that, but at least it’s a step in the right direction

@ThePanic16 @JamesFLoveIV It took me 10 seconds to find the article on Google, but I know doing the tiniest amount of research is hard for people like you

@JamesFLoveIV I try never to respond (or react emotionally) to random black & white screenshot of a Facebook post of things that never happened.

@GSchifanelli @JamesFLoveIV Further proof all racists are dumb as fuck. Google is free

I would be very careful to make conclusions from posts like this over social media.
Here is what I think happened.
He came to the U.S. illegally claiming asylum. When people come here illegally claiming asylum they are given work permits while waiting for their turn ( years) to get before the immigration judge.
All those years while waiting, he renewed his work permit.
Then his turn came and he had his due process- went to an individual hearing before the immigration judge.
He presented his case and his asylum was denied. He did not prove that he was persecuted by his government because he is a member of any particular protected class of people and that if returned- he’d be killed by his own government.
He was either ordered deported or he asked for voluntary departure and never left.
He exhausted all administrative remedies and now ICE deported his. As they should probably 20+ years ago but no one enforced the law.
